I made him a monkey cake and monkey cupcakes. We made a "pin the banana on the monkey" game as well as "feed the lion" and "feed the hippo" ball toss. We had a safari hunt and made paper plate birds as a craft. Each child got a beaded jungle necklace and a monkey goodie bag. We played jungle music and had a crocodile swamp (kiddie pools) for the kids to play in and a monkey bounce house. My son and all his friends/family had a great time.
