Littlest Pet Shop Party Ideas
These Pint-sized Pets May Be Little But Kids Love Them!
Plan a memorable Littlest Pet Shop birthday with our party guide below. We’ve included party games, activities, decorations and birthday cake ideas. Be sure to check out all the great Littlest Pet Party Supplies.
Play Pet Store
With all the stuffed animals, why not set up a pet store and have the kids play pet store? You can be the shopkeeper, and the kids can come in and buy ‘pets’ to play with. It is a great way to get the stuffed animals around to different kids, it teaches the kids about commerce and it gets you involved in the whole activity. Plus, the kids will find it to be a lot of fun, especially when they get to play the shop keep. Let it rotate so everyone has a chance.
Goody Bags
For the goody bags go to your local hobby store (like Michael’s) and buy little solid colored Asian “takeout” boxes (you could decorate them with stickers to personalize it) and fill it with gummy fish, sweet tart dog bones (both found at most grocery stores), and maybe a littlest pet shop toy. Get creative!
Dessert Ideas
Serve ice cream sundaes in new clean, plastic cat bowls.
Puppy Paw Cup Cakes
Bake and frost cup cakes. Use candies to make your paw prints.
We use large mint patties with small mints, like junior mint candies.
Dog Bowl Birthday Cake
You’ll need a new large dog bowl, pound cake, and pudding and cookie
crumbs. Cut the cake into cubes. Place some of the cubes into the bowl.
Add a layer of pudding and then another layer of cake cubes then pudding
again. Tops with cookie crumbs. Use long thin party candles when it’s
time to serve. Serve in small dog bowls.
