I love the pink color…I do need something like this to keep all of the twins appointments in. I find myself jotting down info on anything and next thing you know it is lost. Then you have to make call after call to find out dates :)

Thanks so much Gloria! We’ll be adding more features in the next week or so!

Being organized is a Must for me!! I make notes on my kitchen calendar for everything from doctor appointments to shopping lists. I also keep a pocket calendar/notebook in my purse.

Handle pieces of mail only once. It tends to accumulate if you don’t and some important pieces get misplaced. Put in in a file, recycle bin, or respond immediately, and you won’t have this problem.

  17. laurie says:

Sounds like you do a great job!

  18. Julie Donahue says:

I have to intentionally organize. I am not naturally organized. The girls at work think I am highly organized, but I create files and stuff to keep me organized.

  25. laurie says:

This working Grandma of 7 would like one, too! I need just one calendar to remember their birthday parties. A make the kids tell me immediately after they set the date!

  26. laurie says:

I just did that with every place in my house that had magazines. For birthday party age kids, there seem to be way too many catalogs of party supplies.

  27. laurie says:

    Many people have said that!

Any working mom would love one of theses agendas- keeps track of parent/techer meetings, soccer practice, grocery lists, etc, etc, etc

  31. LV says:

Limit your interaction with incoming mail:
Touch it once. Open it, read it and act on it then.
    - If it’s actionable – do it now
    - If it’s for filing – file it
    - If it’s trash, shred it now

  41. JILL PETROVA says:

It must be handled on an everyday basis. It’s when the little things get out of hand, that they become big and it becomes too easy to lose track of everything

We hope you take the time to share your comments with other busy women like you!
One of my favorite organizing tips is to make dinner in the morning! I even lay out the dishes or set the table. This way, after a grueling day, I don’t have to worry about it after work. This also gives you the opportunity to stop and pick up any last minute missing ingredients or side dishes!
