Minnie Mouse is a favorite of my granddaughter so her 2 year old party was at My Gym and the Minnie decor and supplies were a gift from Grandma Laurie. The colors were fantastic and the cake was perfect!

Jon’s First Birthday
Hi, I’m One!
These are two pictures of my son Jon at his first birthday party (12/04/08). It was so much fun because he got his very first taste of pizza and chocolate cupcake. Although he’s only one year old, you could really tell he knew it was his special day.

Jungle Safari!
My son Dean loves monkeys, so for his 2nd birthday we decided to do a Jungle Safari in the backyard. I made him a monkey cake and monkey cupcakes. We made a “pin the banana on the monkey” game as well as “feed the lion” and “feed the hippo” ball toss. We had a safari hunt and made paper plate birds as a craft. Each child got a beaded jungle necklace and a monkey goodie bag. We played jungle music and had a crocodile swamp (kiddie pools) for the kids to play in and a monkey bounce house. My son and all his friends/family had a great time. The party was a hit and we have some great memories.
